Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and tidy with all the basic needs provided. The onsen on the top floor was definitely a highlight of our stay, providing a relaxing atmosphere and a chance to unwind. the hotel's prime location made it easy to access all the key attractions in the city and enjoy the vibrant nightlife.
The hotel's proximity to the red light district was a bit concerning, and we were not informed of this beforehand. While we were lucky to have company during our stay, I could see how it might be uncomfortable or even dangerous for solo travelers.
